I bought this cage for traveling with my pup. We needed somewhere in our trailer that she could sleep in without giving her a full run. It fits perfectly in a 28-inch box despite weighing around 40 pounds. For the record, my pup is a 7 month old Basset Hound - so larger dogs of a similar weight may not fit this size. I encourage you to follow the size chart provided! She loved crawling in there and snuggling up. . She managed to unzip the zippers and get out! She made some messes in the trailer which was a little frustrating. However, this was due to operator error and not a defect in the product! Be sure to close the zippers. together if you leave your puppy in this cage! Excellent quality materials, everything is easy and quick to install and remove. We even use it at home! Definitely recommend this product!
