Review on Effortless Jalapeno Coring: The Norpro Grip-EZ Pepper Corer by Jessica Simmons

At first I was disappointed. My peppers were too small to use this core. But then I got a box of regular sized jalapeno peppers and was impressed! As others have said sometimes a few seeds are left at the bottom of the peppers and unless you insert them directly into the peppers some of the white membrane may remain. But for the most part, this stoner is amazing. Today I discovered another use for it. I had to salsa 50 pounds of Roma tomatoes. This means peeling and pitting a very large number of tomatoes. I have found that when using this tomato pepper cutter the seeds and pits are released completely and you can just open the tomato and take out all the seeds etc. I'm thrilled with my new favorite kitchen tool.
