I wasn't sure if this suit would fit me as I'm an unlucky pear shaped girl so any size that fits my butt doesn't usually fit my top! One-piece suits never suit me, so I decided to try high-waisted bikini bottoms to try and cover up the bottom half. First of all, both parts fit perfectly! The top was fitted enough that I never felt unsafe and the high waisted bottoms covered enough of my problem areas to make me comfortable! The top straps are adjustable and the bottom straps are shirred to hide imperfections. I'm currently 5ft 7", 225. Secondly, this suit is completely ocean proof - which means all my feminine parts stayed in place when an unexpected wave swept over me! ;) I'm really happy with it and it's free enough. so you can move and not feel stuck in all sorts of extra fabrics. The ruffles at the top were pretty minimal and I never felt like they were suffocating - even when rolling under a wave!
