When I bought this printer I knew I was buying a cheap printer and I got what I paid for. It's ok, but nothing special. It bleeds through the ink very quickly, which thwarts my plan to find an inexpensive way to print. The annoying thing is that the quality drops sharply when the color ink runs out, so you have to change the cartridge before it actually runs out. Thus, the ink is used up even faster than you think. While there were no surprises in the end, I don't think buying a cheap printer to save money is the best plan.
