I will not be returning as I like the position of the frame and it doesn't look premium and on the wall but the fitting showed how cheap it is. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I bought my mom a frame from another company that was a dollar cheaper and had no such problems. "Glass" isn't even glass. It's cheap plastic.2. The plastic is not even trimmed. You can see in my second photo. If you look at my 4x6 photo for reference you will see that the plastic is cut crooked. This means it barely fits in the frame.3. I used to buy collage frames and although the photos were all close together, at least they all sat well in the frame because they had a frame on the back to hold them in place. Although this frame? In fact, it's just a huge square with a hole in the middle. I had to glue the images to the plastic to keep them in place. And on some pieces I had to glue plastic "glass" to the frame itself to hold the plastic in place. I originally wanted to give grandma an extra batch of photos so she could change the photos as she saw fit, just in case she didn't like the photos I chose. This is a souvenir photo frame after my dad left for Thanksgiving and I'm not sure if she would have preferred other photos or not. But instead I should tell her that she probably doesn't want to switch photos because that would destroy the current photos (because she has to use duct tape), and honestly? I'm not sure how the frame itself will stand up to frequent image changes. Definitely bad quality and it shouldn't be. The frame I bought my mom from Kira Grace was amazing and had REAL glass in it. It screams dollar store quality throughout. Don't spend money honestly.
