Bluetooth does not stay connected
I have contacted customer service in the past because Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my TV in the middle of movies and such. They quickly resolved the issue by replacing it after I reset the faulty one in the UPS. But now the replacement does the same. I had an older model that never lost the bluetooth connection so this is a bit disappointing. I was hoping for the same quality.
