I love this cutting board! It's much more than a cutting board. What I love most is being able to chop, dice, cook veggies early in the day, chill it all in storage drawers (which fold up and take up almost no fridge space) and then pull it all out ready to cook by dinnertime. My second favorite thing is that I can use a storage box as a trash can. After cleaning and shredding, I just take out the trash can and throw it away. No more bowls on my counter. When I had visitors last week, I simply put crackers, cheese, grapes, etc. on top and used the device as a serving tray. Note: I bought cleaning and waxing products to keep the wood resistant to moisture and stains.
