Review on CRM Switch by Eric Cooper

I like that this tool provides us with multiple solutions to solve our needs as an organization. We can utilize their expertise when selecting different tools within each category. It took some time for them to understand what we were looking for specifically compared to other providers out there but once they understood it was quick work! Not much at all actually - maybe just more customization/accessibility would be great though. Their support team is also fantastic; very responsive, friendly and helpful. They are able to help you figure things out along your journey of adopting new technology through training or coaching sessions if needed. The only thing i dislike about using these services now is the difficulty finding qualified staff members who have experience working directly with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot & Salesforce.
