I like how quickly it can be set up, and how much more detailed the reports are compared to other software on the market. It is easy for customers to navigate as well, so we don't have to spend time explaining what they need to do each step of the way. There is little training needed to use this product, but there is some training provided in the help section of the site. It works great for our business, but if you are doing things manually, this isn't necessarily the best choice for you. We were using three different applications to manage our customer service requests. This allowed us to centralize everything into one place, which made it easier for everyone to stay organized. I like the user experience a lot. It's like having a QR code in your hands. I'm sure the product could be more user friendly and could have more options to configure. I had been working with other products to be able to scan business documents and clyno was by far the best user experience. It is a great tool to have in case of loss or damage of a document. It is a great way to keep track of documents.
