This is a great tool for monitoring and tracking issues within your organization.
Quick start. No waiting for support to respond, fast responses and actioned my tickets immediately. Very good training videos and step by step instructions. Very impressed with the initial user experience. The developers followed the API specification correctly. I had no problems accessing data. The reporting is very intuitive and visual. It was easy to generate report with a number of options and export them into excel or pdf format. We are now generating automated reports that will be emailed out daily to the team members to alert them of any new items that may have occurred during the past 24 hours.
Pros
- The platform was extremely easy to learn and operate.
Cons
- There were a couple things missing in the documentation that would help improve the ease of use.
- When creating a custom report, the documentation could not give any examples of how to implement certain actions such as, create a relationship between two objects, add an object to another table, etc.
