I like that it helps you keep an eye out to what people are saying about your business online. It's easy to use if you have some experience with other sites or programs. Sometimes when we go through our account information there is no way of knowing exactly when something was posted but this tool shows you all at once so its helpful in seeing how negative things may be affecting us as well. Also, sometimes it takes up to 24 hours (sometimes longer) until posts show after being written by someone else. That can get frustrating because the post could potentially affect my work life negatively even though they were not aware of me personally nor had any intention of harming anyone! But I do think overall it has been beneficial from finding new clients who want to help others find great service providers just like them.
