Alava has been great in understanding our customers' needs by providing us with real time data that we can use right away! The support team at this point isn't as responsive or quick but they are still working hard towards improving themselves every day so I am sure it will get there soon enough!! You need constant communication from your account manager because you're not always given clear directions when something goes wrong (sometimes even after contacting them).
Also sometimes if no one answers then don't assume everything's fine just contact someone again later - maybe try calling? It would be good also have more options of payment methods such credit cards etc instead only Paypal which could make getting payments easier too since some clients do prefer other ways than PayPal like bank transfer/cheque deposit directly into my business checking acct.
