Great product for transparent 360 degree feedback and engagement

The platform allows us to see where our brand stands with both internal stakeholders (employees) as well external customers/stakeholders in real time. I like that it integrates into Salesforce so we can easily track how many times people are interacting or engaging with an issue online across multiple channels including social media etc. It also tracks mentions of brands within various articles written about them which helps us keep up-to-date with what others think about us when they read…

Great software for tracking social media marketing campaigns

Alava has been great in understanding our customers' needs by providing us with real time data that we can use right away! The support team at this point isn't as responsive or quick but they are still working hard towards improving themselves every day so I am sure it will get there soon enough!! You need constant communication from your account manager because you're not always given clear directions when something goes wrong (sometimes even after contacting them). Also sometimes if no one…

Using ALAVA for Online Customer Feedback

The best part was that it helped me understand my target audience's needs in terms of product features/functionality etc., as well provide insights into how I could improve upon them by creating more user friendly products & services! It also allowed us access all our data from within one platform which made things easier than using multiple tools or platforms separately (which we did previously).
