Using ALAVA for Online Customer Feedback

The best part was that it helped me understand my target audience's needs in terms of product features/functionality etc., as well provide insights into how I could improve upon them by creating more user friendly products & services! It also allowed us access all our data from within one platform which made things easier than using multiple tools or platforms separately (which we did previously).

Alava has been great so far but there are still some areas where they can do enhancements like adding new modules such as social media monitoring / analysis would be nice too! Definitely recommend this tool if you're looking out at understanding your customers' requirements through an online survey approach - helps tremendously when compared with other traditional methods used earlier before surveys were introduced!!

  • Good UI, interactive
  • Easy to use interface for users both novice AND experienced alike.
  • Ease accessing customer satisfaction feedbacks across channels is good thing about ALVA!!!
Cons
  • Doesn't have many customization options available right now; wish future version will accommodate better customized feature set
