Missing parts on both units

I bought two of these and both are missing the screen that comes from the bottom so you can't see into the lamp. This makes it incredibly bright, almost to the point where it gives me a headache. I don't like seeing lightbulbs. And Amazon isn't answering calls or chats right now, so that's pretty annoying. I don't want to return the lamps, I just want the missing parts.
