Review on Scotch Light Packaging 610: Durable πŸ“¦ Shipping and Packaging Supplies for Maximum Protection by Phillip Hoover

This is NOT just a band. This is GENUINE 3M product

Good quality packing tape is usually hard to find outside of 3M's excellent family of products. Over the years I've found that a good band can cost a few nanocents more to buy, but those small cents are worth the difference. To call this particular role easy is perhaps a gross understatement. It works similarly to high performance belts, but doesn't have an additional nylon core to improve its performance. The tape sticks and holds up well. Overall, this is a well-made roll of tape that has found its own special place in the home to handle almost any tape job that requires a broader, more durable application. If I may, I will point out one thing. It's pretty boring and you might miss it. I've noticed lately that many, even high-end manufacturers, are cutting corners to maximize profits or lower the consumption factor a bit. You buy a box of facial tissues and instead of a full box of tissues, you get a tissue that has been trimmed about ΒΌ to ΒΎ inch from the edge so you can't see it until you open it. Toilet paper rolls have shrunk by Β½ inch, and my biggest complaint is that ice cream boxes now weigh 48 ounces instead of the usual 64 ounces. It's longer than I wanted, but the strap is 1 INCH long as advertised, no less.

  • Packing Tape
Cons
