I first put a plastic shopping bag inside to align - otherwise it would be pretty messy, but I've found the bag doesn't always sit properly in it (there's nothing to secure it with). I went to clean it and found it had moved to the side and I threw my trash straight into the bin. A decent opening, although I don't want to push anything too messy through. I think it folds too easily and the straps, although there are many, don't really fit my car. The headrest clip works well but takes up so much space behind the seat that my daughter complains that it's in her place when she's in the back. And the velcro that keeps the lid closed is too difficult to undo when I'm trying to empty the bag. All in all, it's too frustrating to use - not what I was hoping for.
