Reliable and perfect for my needs
Easy to install and provides much needed top mounting/mounting points on my 2007 4Runner. I filled the gap between the D-ring and the socket with thin foam to keep it from ringing. To be clear, I'm not sure if without modification it will make noise like I did before installing it.
