Customer service at Elgi Ultra (in Chicago) was similarly indifferent (0 stars) - they didn't care that accessories mattered in terms of functionality and satisfaction. Not even the minimum details of an accompanying document, although a single function accessory may require little; although there were still 3 segments to assemble. Since the brand does not document the availability of models, accessories and spare parts well, the competition in this discipline is generally equally bad. I had to return it.
