Conduent Lexis NexX Legal software; Excellent product

The customer support is outstanding. The system is intuitive and the user interface is very easy to navigate. The system is not the easiest to use. The system is very complex and requires a certain amount of technical savvy to navigate. It is a very good system.

I have been very happy with the system. The system does a good job of pulling together information from multiple sources to give you a good picture of your company. This is a good system for a company that is serious about their data. It has given us a good picture of our legal department.

We are able easily pull in contracts, policies etc into one place so we can see where they stand at all times or how many instances there may be across departments within an organization when it comes time audit them through this software tool.The fact its cloud based makes things much easier as well..Disadvantages; Sometimes having too little
