I received two packs of these belts. They have arrived and seem to be of good quality! Turned them both on to make sure they were working, turned them off then hung up until yesterday when we were using them for a late night walk with the dog. I plugged both in for an hour to charge, only one is on. The other has a tiny red light like it's charging, but it never lights up. Complete rubbish even if they didn't have time to use it as it stopped working. save your money
