These are some of the reasons for my 5 stars:1) The quality looks to be pretty good. I followed the first-time use directions (inflating, waiting 2 hours, and then topping it up again) and the mattress did not seem to lose any air during the night.2) The pump inflated the mattress relatively quickly.3) The pump has a side compartment to hold the power cord (see picture). This is a neat feature that I really appreciate. My previous air mattress did not have that and the cable was always hanging around.4) When deflated it folds nicely into a small package.5) In terms of comfort.well, it is an air mattress, and it feels like most air mattresses that I have tried before.Having had other mattresses before, I can certainly recommend this one.
