YES! At half the OEM price, this tool gets the job done. I have a 2009 VW Jetta sports car. I figured I could get the brake booster out of there without buying this tool: I spent 45 minutes under the dash trying to loosen the brake pedal depressor using various tools and methods, but ended up doing me only the back hurts. With this tool I was able to remove the pedal in minutes, no problem! Worth the $.
