Good tool bad cord

When the tool arrived everything was pulled out and all items were checked for completeness. Pros: Have black bars instead of chrome bars. Personal preference for it. Pretty quick setup time to go from monkey fist to bangle. The weight is big enough that it stays in place during the shot. Disadvantages: terminals are painted. Again preference, but plain black would be better. The wire colors are quirky. The cable is not nylon paracord, most likely polyester or other plastic for the core and outer jacket is questionable. Both worlds are possible. Having the bracelet and monkey fist mount in one means you don't have to keep two different mounts. I also like the fact that the light has a good powder coating that lasts a long time, if someone is rude and drops metal parts on the light the paint will naturally peel off. The biggest disappointment is that the cable isn't nylon. It also comes with some unusual colors and patterns that only make them useful for learning new knots, and that's about it. Colored clips are also a poor choice, especially since none of the clips "match" any of the cables that came with the mount. I mean. Do pink, purple and peach pair well with green and black snakeskin cord? Not really. Small criticism, hence a star deduction. If the cable was removed and the price was even reduced by $5, it would be better than having a non-real cable, a 550 nylon cable and weird clips that don't match the cable sent. Is it worth buying? Of course, if you don't already have a bracelet or fist attachment, grab this one and both. If you already have one or the other device. It is your decision. If you like the look and feel of this light, you won't be disappointed.
