Update Review. I traveled to Can San Lucas in March 2021 and was very nervous that this camera would not work. I've tested it over and over in small ways, like going to the grocery store and waiting for the motion detector to send me an alert (which it did). I used the camera to view my house like a vine and move the camera around to see as many angles as possible (this worked great too). I stayed in Cabo for a week and it worked perfectly. The motion detector actually detected my cats' movements several times, but detected my cat sitter 100% every time she entered and moved around the house. I keep my camera on my robe for a better view. I've tried different spots on the floor and not good. I need to look over my couch and sofa, I need to see their food bowls, toilets, etc. I constantly have to see where my cat sitter is going and if she's playing with my cats like I'm paying her to do so. lol At first I couldn't figure out how to set it up and I was so angry that the motion detector wasn't working. Two things: 1) During the installation, download the app before you start anything! Then scan the QR code from either the cardboard packaging or the bottom of the device and follow the instructions. Same QR code, select the one you want to scan. 2) After you have set everything up, the motion detector is in the settings menu. Click the gear on the right side of the screen when you open the app. Note: If you have any questions, please contact the seller directly. NOT about Revain. They leave you their email address in the package which is their support contact (no phone number) and they will respond via email within a few hours. You are somewhere in China. So if you send an email at night, you will get a reply within a few hours since it is day there. Monday-Friday of course! Enjoy watching your pets with this camera! 😸
