Until recently I was a big fan of Dreem cases. I have used their cases with my 6S and at the time their customer service was a pleasure to deal with. I had issues with corners being cracked or the case back peeling off, but these were always resolved in a timely manner. I spent a lot of money on my current iPhone 12 Pro Max case. The back magnetic part started peeling off. Maybe not enough glue? In any case, I decided to call on the warranty and ask for a replacement. Several letters went unanswered and I lost hope. Shit because I was a regular customer and have recommended your shop to many friends. Due to the lack of decent customer service, I cannot recommend buying from this company more.
