I placed a traditional heating pad under my thighs to relieve sciatica pain and to measure the heat output of the disposable heat pad.Let me tell you after about 25 minutes, the disposable heating pad output was very close to the heat from the traditional heating pad. I forgot that I even had on the SunnyBay disposable heat pad. Mind-blowing! These disposable heating pads put out an enormous amount of heat and has helped sooth my lower back pain.Not only does this product work well, but they are also re-usable and they give you a generous number of heat pads. In addition, this product is super easy to use and require no wires, cords, or microwaves.There were times I could not leave my house because I needed heat on my lower back to sooth my pain.
