Review on Perfect Aluminum Paddle Foldable Wooden by Kanwar Mix

This overall is a great scrub. Durable and well made. However, it probably doesn't meet my requirements. Even if the pizza is floured, it refuses to go in the oven. A coarse powder will not work as it will not hold the aluminum in place. My solution is to just use parchment paper and place the pizza and paper in the oven. I don't like buying paper for this process. So I had to buy a wooden one that I could flour. After baking, it dissolves the pizza perfectly. The pizza cutter is a big disappointment. It doesn't cut through homemade pizza as it looks bland. My cutting knife works better.
