I took it out of the box, loaded it and tried parquet floors. Next comes the carpet. As soon as he touched the carpet he stopped dead in his tracks. Tried on different carpets, the result is the same. They took it to the clay chamber where we have a carpet for the house and the street, very smooth, the same. Stops dead in his tracks. Contacted customer service, they asked if the carpet was black! Yes, they asked what color the carpet is. He said something about not working on the black carpet! That's the dumbest answer I've heard from the support team! Who the heck designs a vacuum that only works on carpet of a certain color? Why should you develop a vacuum cleaner that recognizes the color of the carpet? Either way, for $300, Samsung's "geniuses" can get their piece of shit back. Samsung is in the garbage right now. They went the Sony way.
