Review on Pirelli Ice Zero 195/60 R15 88T winter by Micha Spodymek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Rubber first season. I put it on 15th wheels, front-wheel drive, Corolla e12 cars. My first winter, I've been driving since April 2022, I covered 9000 km during the winter. I recommend running on asphalt. I have on the first kilometers when turning (dry asphalt) under 80 km. from chamomile there was a feeling that it was like soap, I thought I would hit the bump stop, but I let off the gas and it worked out . Yes, I also went into the ravine from a U-turn on the highway, the amplitude turned out to be greater than on the summer one. In the U-turn was under 30 km. thanks to the guy on the raptor pulled out! Further solid pluses! I got into pits, not a single bump, though the tires shook me on a tavern of 2.7 atm., I recently found out . I didn’t feel sick, in narrow gaps with a truck at a speed of 90 on rolled snow, it rides like on rails. Ice \ ice near Hong Kong lanes with a handbrake, a very predictable skid. Sharp braking on snow / ice (My 90 kg, 2 passengers of 80 kg each and a double bed with a mattress) is more than good, the abs beat off a little in the leg. Yes, it holds turns with dignity, not like a summer one, of course, but at the entrances, exits from overpasses 80-90-o with a restriction on signs 40-ok, snow cover. I don’t know how tires from other manufacturers behave, but this rubber saved my life! And that it was made in Hong Kong warms even more!

Pros
  • Excellent grip on packed snow, wet asphalt, dry asphalt. Not bad grip on ice. The pins are all in place.
Cons
  • It makes noise in the first thousand, a rumble like that of a propeller-driven aircraft at a speed of over 90. Up to 90 something tsikotit. Run in at least for the first 100 km no more than 80 km, because can carry itself unpredictably in a turn
