BEST pet stain remover I have ever had to remove carpet stains, even stubborn old stubborn stains, like when you left a clump of wool on the day the carpet cat gave it to you! Good for toilet accidents when your pet is sick. I think this will work well on almost all organic stains. I highly recommend it!. I have used it in my Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner which is about 6 years old now with great results but I think any cleaner can use this. The only concern you have is that if your cleaning device is under warranty, you must follow the manufacturer's instructions or it may void your warranty. For best results I recommend trying a small section of rug to see if you have any problems with it before treating the entire rug as no two rugs or machines are alike. All I can say is that I am very happy with the results I have had from using this item.
