The ease with which I can manage my prescription refills without having them sent directly from me is great! It's so much easier than going through an insurance provider or filling out paperwork myself each time (which was always taking up too many hours). There isn't anything that really stands-out as being "bad" about this product - it just works well for what we need/want at our facility most often -- managing patient medication compliance via mail orders & faxes instead of sending actual pills back home like they used do nowdays when patients are able go fill their own meds elsewhere online etc...
