AlumniMgnet is very flexible and easy to customize. The customer support is exceptional and we are able to do a lot of customization without having to hire additional resources. We have been with AlumniMgnet for about 4 years now and we have not had any issues. I would highly recommend them. It is a great product that has allowed us to have a very successful alumni program. We are able to track all of our graduates and alumni as well as track communication with them. I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the site to my company's needs. The support from AlumniMagnet has been excellent. I have not found anything I dislike about the product. I would highly recommend AlumniMagnet. AlumniMagnet has allowed us to create a very user-friendly website that is very engaging for our users. The ability to customize the site to our company's needs has also been a great benefit.
