This is false and/or misleading advertising. It's not really a "street" camera. While the camera itself can be weatherproof, the power cord is not weatherproof and is only about 10 inches long. Also, the power adapter and cord are only about 10 feet long. To use this "outdoors" the camera must be placed in a location where a 10 inch cable can be pulled into a location protected from the weather. Even if you want to place the camera more than 10 feet from a suitable outlet, you can't use it (regardless of the unprotected outlet that's 10 inches from the camera). POE (Power Over Ethernet) circuit to be a real outdoor camera. Weatherproof Ethernet ports are available.
