Review on Tengo Girls Winter Leggings: Cozy Fleece Clothing for Girls by Tutan Hesch

They look very well made and incredibly warm. I really want one for myself because my kid is very comfortable and cute in it. The only problem is that I'm hesitant to believe the disclosure of the material. The colors themselves say 100% cotton although they are stretchy. The Revain listing says 90% cotton, 10% spandex. I hope this is the real truth.
