The idea is well thought out; However, the product has disadvantages. The main downside is the adhesive used to attach the ring to the phone or phone case. This adhesive lasted all day on my phone case before the ring came off and now it's a paperweight. The phone case it was on wasn't overly textured either. I bought this item to replace the pop jack because it looked sleeker, thinner, and magnetically attached. All of these features are great, but require the ring to remain attached to whatever item it's on. Won't buy it or recommend it.
