Review on Speakman VS 123010 Anystream Combination Polished by Tammy Strinden

This product is made of cheap, lightweight plastic. The handrail and possibly the bypass valve are the only parts of the kit that are actually metal. The wearable head tube is a hard piece of crappy plastic that looks like a coiled metal tube. It's no different than what you would get with a shower massage set at a cheap store. The shower heads are the worst. They are made of ultra light plastic and are very ugly. Up close they look very cheap. I am extremely disappointed. My previous experience with Speakman has been the classic metal Any Stream single shower head. This product doesn't even come close in quality. There's no way I would be drilling holes in my tiles to install this piece of junk. To make matters worse, Revain makes product returns impossible. For some strange reason their system has marked it as "hazardous materials" and won't let you return it. I contacted Revain and a few days later received an email response which is completely inaccurate and doesn't even come close to solving my problem. I have a bad feeling that I'm stuck with this piece of junk. I would not recommend this product for any reason. You can spend half that amount at a big store for the same quality. Excuse me. look elsewhere
