I am a medium sized woman with a below average head (not only in girth but also in height from ears to crown). Sometimes I even have to buy baseball caps for kids! This scrub cap is perfect for me! It's not ridiculously tall (like many others) and I can tie it under my ponytail tight enough. Buttons on the sides are a great bonus! I usually wear a silicone strap on the back of my neck to hold the mask in place. But when should I wear a thyroid to protect against radiation? Work, it's all too cumbersome. It makes my long working days much more comfortable. Lightweight, breathable fabric. No bandage (like some) but that doesn't really matter to me.
