I bought it for my boyfriend at the beginning of August. He's a baker, so he's always on his feet, moving and working with his hands. Wireless headphones are the only option he likes to wear around his neck. He seemed to like them a lot, the shape, the sound, the battery life, but now they're useless. The first sign of the fall was how badly his tone was beginning to crack and break. It would have good sound quality, cellular, and both Wi-Fi and headset connectivity, but it would still fail. And now the headphones won't connect to his phone at all. He disabled bluetooth once and now they don't connect anymore. If they ever do, I'm sure he'll be in more trouble. I want to return and please get a refund.
