I like that it is easy for my team members who are not tech savvy at all! It has helped me train them in many areas of sales excellence such as cold calling techniques, prospecting methods, etc. Also we can use this app from our cellphones which helps us out when ever needed because sometimes you need to be somewhere else but still want access to information about what's going on with certain clients/prospects. Sometimes it gets glitchy so if there isn't enough space left then they don't have permission to edit something important without having to go into another page. But overall great application!! Highly recommend using this software. We've been able to improve productivity by getting training materials easily available anywhere anytime through phone calls or text messages while also being more efficient with time management and working smarter instead of harder.
