Flow restrictor must be removed
Does not work with regular shower head. You'll have to buy an extension or a new S-shaped shower arm like I did. I installed this and there was so little pressure that more than half of the holes didn't even spew water. After playing with it for a long time trying to figure out what was going on I had to remove the flow restrictor and now it has normal pressure. Not as strong as previous similar models, but now it does the job.
