Warning to all dog owners, especially small dogs: Please do not put a collar on a dog without checking it. When we put the collar on our Chihuahua, we turned it on and our dog cried out in pain. We turned it off immediately and found that the default collar was set to 8. This could have killed our dog. The developer should set it to 0 and let the owner make changes.
