Review on 📽️ LG PH550 CineBeam LED Projector: Portable, Bluetooth Sound Out, Screen Share & Built-In Battery by Mark Colbert

I really liked this projector when I got it. Nice display, built in speaker was quiet but pretty clear sound when you get close and I really liked how portable it was and it had 3 hours of battery life. I did a lot of research to find a reliable product that I thought would meet my needs and last a few years. To my surprise, after a year the metal piece of the charging cable came loose and when I went online to contact LG's website to buy a new charger it was a huge disappointment. They sent me on a wild chase to a bunch of different websites that didn't really have what I needed. I ended up having to bite the bullet and buy a charging cable online that wasn't made by the same company. This was one aspect I found useless when looking for a replacement charger. Customer service here was unhelpful, all parts of it were outsourced. It's been almost two years since I've had this projector and I haven't had any other problems. I use it about once a week for a movie date. After I'm done, I put it back in the suitcase and bag I use after the meeting and take it home. A week later I plug it into the charger before the meeting and nothing. I've been trying to charge it for a while but it's completely dead. I'm very disappointed in this product. I expected this projector to last at least 3-5 years. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I hope the charger is the problem but this projector doesn't look that reliable anymore.
