This brand makes good omelettes. I make 3 egg omelettes in it which cook for 1 minute then I take a fork pull the ends towards the center then I take the fork for another minute to make sure the edges are fluffy. Cook for minutes or 30 seconds until cooked, then add fixin, top with cheese, close lid, cook another 45-50 seconds, allow to set slightly, open. Be sure to let it dry a bit, otherwise it might be messy to slip out. enjoy,,,,,,,,, Bought 1 similar at the local market. I thought I'd get another one a few months later, they had a cheaper one, it was rubbish.
