I successfully upgraded my old "max " MacBook Pro with this

Beach balls, apps taking minutes to load, computers taking over 5 minutes to boot and less than 100MB of available RAM at a time. Apple says you can't take this machine over 8GB. But I was curious and spent some time on some message boards and was pleasantly surprised that many people said you can fully upgrade to 16GB despite Apple's claims. The link to these chips was in one of these threads and I took a chance and it's like a new computer. Everything is stable now, applications load properly, I can open twice as many applications as before, and as of this writing I have almost 6GB of RAM left. ! It's also very easy to install - it took five minutes at most. You have the same car as me, do not hesitate to buy it. That's probably the best $100 I've ever spent, and that's no exaggeration. Excellent seller, arrived quickly and safely and soundly in a soft plastic sleeve.
