These Fat Daddios Baking Sheets Are The Absolute Best! They're lightweight as they're made from anodized aluminum, which means they're coated to keep the aluminum out of the food during the baking process, if that's a concern for you. They're virtually non-stick, they're easy to hand wash, hot water and Dawn dish soap will suffice. They bake evenly due to aluminum's thermal conductivity. This aluminum doesn't warp easily and is reinforced at the edges with a nice double stripe border. This cake stand is perfect for my Ninja 8quart Foodi pressure cooker. I recommend the Fat Daddios pans!
