Perfect Fit - Buy Fuel Line Removal Tool

It was easy to install. You will need a GM fuel line tool to disconnect the lines, it should show up as a recommended item. Simply remove 4 screws with a 10mm socket or wrench. Remove the safety clips from the lines, use a tool to loosen the connectors, big end for large line, small end for small line. Wipe the ends of the hose clean with a rag before connecting this new part. This item is NOT threaded like the original, tapers on the end enough to allow the original self tapping screws to cut in, but DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you will fall off. it's from. Slowly twist them until they're snug against the mount, then stop or you'll be spun around. This is a hand tool only removal and installation. You'll dump about 1/4 cup of fuel, so be prepared for that. No electric work lights or smoking or you could get really interesting. I removed the error code using the Torque Lite App and OBD-Link MX201. Not sure if this code is self cleaning or not. Regardless, OBDLink is a good investment.
