WASTE (twice!)

Two for two DOESN'T WORK! The video of the first device was ok but the keyboard/mouse didn't work - basically the USB didn't work (tested on 3 different computers with 2 different operating systems). Troubleshooting IOGEAR and they determined it must be the faulty device. I ordered a replacement from Revain and neither USB nor video works on device #2! To satisfy my curiosity, I connected the USB/video cable from the first failed device to the new device and the video came back, but the USB still didn't work. Debug IOGEAR AGAIN and try again; "That must be a bad switch." They offered to fix it after I shipped it. I do not think so. GARBAGE!
