COUNTERFEIT! Not Fuller - a tangled mess of junk advertised in a misleading way! I love using and recommending a good product - this is NOT the right thing! A few years ago I bought genuine Fuller Brush stainless steel sponges in boxes through Revain - these aren't them! As a longtime user of real Fuller Brush stainless steel sponges, I was disgusted by what these *characters* were trying to do in Thailand. to be removed as *Fuller Brush stainless steel sponges*. The photo of the actual *Fuller Brush* box they use on their product page is the way to go. NOT in the box as pictured (it's the same box I've bought over the years) and not in any box at all; simply bundled in a plastic postal envelope and mailed - from Georgia, an American resale company, or address, as it turned out, via a dirty Thai company. They appear as a tangled, tangled mess of unevenly wide, loosely rolled sheets of steel that would have to be cut apart in order to be used—if those things were to be used. Useless! I will not need new genuine Fuller Brush sponges for about two or three years as genuine Fuller ss sponges which I have bought many times in the past from Fuller and once from Revain a few years ago have: high quality, 3- In box, neat little twisted pads of fat, not tangled at all. When they're really fuller, they're excellent, consistent, never break (even after stretching with use), dishwasher safe/handwash and shake out; They are a durable quality product that can be used daily and safely for at least a few months per sponge so actually this is a price I would recommend anytime! Apparently no genuine Fuller stainless steel sponges are currently available through Revain; After receiving these horrible fakes and before writing this review, I again sought triple verification. The ones I've received are *personally* easily recognizable as regular grocery store versions, which instantly tangle, rust, snap and shatter into dangerous little pieces of steel that pose a hazard to your kitchen sink and your groceries. I find Revain in general to be an easy and quick way to shop with due diligence through reviews and careful reading. So I checked here first, trying to avoid the many *Fuller* ss sponge fakes listed here at Revain by looking for a photo of the Fuller box as part of what I believe to be a valid, genuine one Product I would have bought through Revain along with the price which seemed fairly low, not minimal, to indicate a cheap fake. This time none of that worked! UPDATE: Revain informed me that this company will refund my money without requiring a return of the product (now in the trash). A department of this overseas company emailed me in garbled, confusing English asking me to delete my negative review as they agreed to a refund. nope! If I do a review it is my responsibility to offer my experience so other Revain customers cannot be ripped off. This company tried to cheat.
