I'm only giving this product 2 stars because the weight specs seem pretty accurate. Half a pound difference compared to a doctor's office scale and other brand household scales. If you're looking for a scale to accurately determine your body fat or water percentage, choose a different scale. I started out 50 pounds overweight at 40% fat and an average of 42% water. I've lost 30 of my 50 pounds and the scale is still 40% fat and 42% water. During my last physical exam I mentioned this to my doctor, my doctor said it was not possible. But then again, it is only common sense to understand that this is not possible. Spend your money elsewhere, this product is incorrect.
